Saskatchewan is a western province of Canada, and one of the three provinces of the Prairie region. Saskatchewan has earned the title of Canadian wheat granary for its prairies and vast wheat fields. It is also one of Canada’s most concentrated minerals, especially the world’s oil and uranium reserves. Saskatchewan shares borders with Manitoba, Alberta, Northwest Territories and the United States.
